Maybe you can study in other place instead your bed, like a desk; and about your friends and family you can tell them that you are studying and if they can wait 20 minutes, and good luck in your exams.

Sometimes I spend a lot of time infront the computer and I forget to do my homework, then I start to get nervous because I don't understand my homework and is too late. I know that I have to do homework but sometimes I get bored and I forget about that, staying in Facebook and pages like that.
