WHAT IS BULLYING?
Bullying is when someone keeps doing or saying things to have power over another person.
Some of the ways they bully other people are by: calling them names, saying or writing nasty things about them, leaving them out of activities, not talking to them, threatening them, making them feel uncomfortable or scared, taking or damaging their things, hitting or kicking them, or making them do things they don't want to do.
WHAT THOSE BULLYING AFFECTS STUDENTS LIFE?
Bullying effects the student mentally more than physically because the victim spends more time at home and at school worrying about geting bullied than actually being bullied (thousands more people worry about being bullied than actually getting seriously hurt). Bullying effects self-esteem, then makes the person more depressed and vulnerable to being more bullied until the victim lashes out or goes and hides somewhere and tries go get away from people.
The victim then becomes more shy and may feel very anxious. They may then start to be indirectly physically effected, such as getting headaches and stomach aches ( common stress symptoms).
